I got the jewelry well-packaged and within a reasonable amount of shipping time. Unfortunately, neither I, nor the person I got it for can get the box clasp open on either the necklace or the bracelet. We closed the clasps one time to see how everything worked and we can't get the clasps back open. I reached out to the company to find out how to open the box clasp without damaging it and I was flatly ignored. They took our money and won't even support or stand by their product. Don't buy this jewelry if you actually intend to wear it.
