It's shameful that every story seems to be the same and I had the same exact experience - I preordered the Funkos months ago. Asked for an update multiple times after my wife and I saw the preordered Funkos on display at a Barnes & Noble. It's like pulling teeth with Julio - "they haven't come in yet, see our preorder chart." And it's a snip of an Excel spreadsheet showing a few items with various dates, all of which have already past. I figured enough is enough, I asked for a refund, and I guess (as someone else mentioned) he *had the products the ENTIRE time, in hopes you would forget about it.* I'm now getting 1 of the 4 Funko's I preordered and will hopefully receive a refund on my other 3, but I'm not holding my breath. Absolutely shameful. Your store is in the Rio Grande Valley, I have huge respect for the people there. You are doing an absolute dis-service to the entire south of Texas by pulling this kind of sham.
