I had a valid discount code and the discount just appeared at the checkout.I have also paid 35 pound for shipment today but the shipment has not arrived today. I contacted customer service with the discount code but they just keep ignoring me. First and last purchase. Horrible company!A week later still no roses and not any reply to my messages from the company. Fortunatly I had paid with paypal and opened a case now to get my money back.aMy order is also stuck in Budapest. Unbelievable company!
