I cannot recommend Laura’s birth preparation course. My partner and I felt excited at the prospect of birth and meeting our baby. I loved how partners were involved and this really helped throughout my pregnancy. Alex was by my side the whole time and not just in the literal sense - he knew what I wanted and what decisions were best going forward. I think this is down to reading and Laura’s course. Laura gave beautiful recommendations for books, readings, websites to helps us feel empowered not only for the pregnancy/birth but also the fourth trimester which has been invaluable. The course gave me the knowledge about different aspects of births, my choices surrounding appointments, the birth it self and the recovery. This has definitely helped with my recovery after birth and really listening to my body, making sure we prepared for nourishment and help afterwards.Thank you again Laura.
