I was told that everything would come with the DIY installation kit and to simply follow the website video. However, I was disappointed to find out that delivery guys said I had to get my own screws for the track.” Seriously” was my response to him (Russ) ... very quickly father my comment he said, I’ll give you some and charge the company. He also said he hadn’t seen the video to that showed the mirror tracks were ore-drilled and cut for each 4 x 6 mirror. He gave me one 12 ft track. What I was told regarding installation was different than what the installer told which made the company and him look like like they weren’t on the same page. Lastly, you would think that they would make sure the mirrors were very clean before they left. Well they weren’t. They had a lot of sticky debris on it that I had to take the extra time to scrub off. You wouldn’t drop off a brand new vehicle to a client with dirt all over it and it shouldn’t be any different with a mirror. Overall not impressed with the process.Russ was definitely in a hurry to drop them off and go.
