If I could give a zero rating, I would. The case was received several weeks late. The screws on the case are not screws, they’re cheap push pins. Two of them fell out. Instead of replacing it, they sent me two push pins that had to be superglued back on (absolutely junk). They then offered a 30% refund and 2 free straps. It’s been 5 months and I have not seen the refund or a new case. Absolutely no follow up and every time I follow up (oh yeah( still not resolved), a “Claire” admits to their incompetence and apologizes but NO resolution. If you are thinking of buying anything from them, stay away like the plague. You might as well throw your money out the window. I can’t urge everyone to stay away from this company.
