I purchased a product from The Mod Project on 21 September 2025, and from the very start, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.I received confirmation the same day and an email on 25 September saying the item had shipped. It arrived on 30 September 2025, but unfortunately, the item was damaged straight out of the box. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that a replacement watch case would be arranged due to the poor quality of the first one.Since then, it’s been nothing but broken promises and endless back-and-forth emails. I was told several times that my case had been “escalated to senior management,” but clearly, senior management either doesn’t care or doesn’t exist. I’ve had at least five separate emails claiming that my issue was being prioritised yet nothing was ever actually done.The product was refunded on 9 October 2025, but I never received the replacement I was promised, nor any response to my request for compensation. Instead, I just kept receiving long, polite emails full of apologies but with no real action.On 21 October 2025, I followed up again after being told I’d receive a final update within 24–48 hours it’s now been six days, and still no response. That says everything about how they treat customers once they have your money.In my opinion, The Mod Project over-promises and under-delivers. The communication is slow, the service is poor, and the company does not take accountability for its mistakes. They seem more focused on appearing helpful than actually solving problems.I feel ignored, disappointed, and frustrated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from The Mod Project. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect it to be resolved quickly or at all.Think twice before you buy.
