Despite their compassionate mission, my experience has left me feeling completely overlooked. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance, waited patiently for new sizes, and explained our situation in detail, but there has been no substantial effort to help my dog find a safely fitting muzzle. I’ve been searching for the right fit for years, and it’s heartbreaking that he can’t go for walks in the summer. From what I understand, this business was founded to ensure that dogs wearing muzzles can do so safely and without stigma, which is commendable. However, after two years of contacting customer service, I now wonder if those values are still prioritized, or if profit has taken precedence. Every time I use the measurement tool on the website, I’m told nothing is suitable. Although the support team has been polite and responsive, I’ve never received a solution. All I hear is to wait for new sizes that might fit my dog. After two years of waiting, it feels disheartening. In my last communication, I was asked to provide a video of the measurements, but as a disabled person living alone, that’s not feasible for me. I didn’t receive any alternative solutions or even a phone call to discuss this. I’m just a weary dog parent wanting my pet to be safe and happy, but instead, I feel invisible and dismissed.

Our unique dog muzzles were designed to help break the muzzle stigma.
We are The Muzzle Movement, we aren't here to just sell a product. We are here fighting to create a shift in the publics perception of muzzled dogs and their guardians, using our platform to educate and advocate for the dogs that don't have a voice of their own, in the hope of making a safer space for our community of muzzled dog advocates.
We hope that one day, all muzzled dogs and their guardians will be celebrated and muzzles be normalised.
But, in order for that to happen, we had to also make sure that muzzles were no longer dark, scary and intimidating and that they better met the needs of the dogs that wear them.
Who said muzzles had to look so scary? Because the dogs that wear them aren't!See more
