I purchased a Harry muzzle from this company, which was recommended by the Dog Trust. Initially, I requested clarification on sizing, but I only received an automated reply stating that it would take a few days for them to respond due to being a small team. As a customer, I found this response unacceptable; nevertheless, I decided to place an order with next-day delivery, hoping I could return the product if it did not fit my dog.However, I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order, so I sent another email asking the company to confirm that they received it. Unfortunately, there was still no response. I expressed my disappointment in a follow-up email, and only then did they confirm my order. I should note that I provided them with the wrong email address, so it was my fault that I didn't receive any confirmation. However, they still had not shipped my order even though they charged me £20.00 for express delivery.Ultimately, I informed the company that I would not be doing business with them again. After my message, they sent me an email and shipped the product to me.To make matters worse, I received an email from DHL stating that my parcel would be delivered five days after I placed my original order. Under normal circumstances, I would reach out to the seller to request a refund for the delivery cost, but with this company, I don’t see the point in complaining, as they likely won’t read my email.Update: Contrary to DHL's message, the parcel was delivered the next day.

We are The Muzzle Movement, we aren't here to just sell a product. We are here fighting to create a shift in the publics perception of muzzled dogs and their guardians, using our platform to educate and advocate for the dogs that don't have a voice of their own, in the hope of making a safer space for our community of muzzled dog advocates.
We hope that one day, all muzzled dogs and their guardians will be celebrated and muzzles be normalised.
But, in order for that to happen, we had to also make sure that muzzles were no longer dark, scary and intimidating and that they better met the needs of the dogs that wear them.
