Whilst product quality was good once received. Customer service disappointing, and don't order using express post. I ordered on a wednesday and it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday and they wont refund the difference stating that was within the express guidlines. I had even contacted the company when i ordered on the wednesday advising we were leaving on a cruise on the Monday they promised they would try, but they didnt post it till the Friday night, promised to try but no follow through.
