Devious and dishonest. This company makes promises it can’t deliver. They took an £880 deposit from me for a walking holiday, sat on it for a month, then told me they couldn’t organise it. By this time it was too late for me to make alternative arrangements. Please think twice before getting sucked in by their false promisesI appreciate your response but this really misses the point. The fact remains I have been misled and I am left suffering the consequences. You seem to believe you should be entitled to walk away scot-free. If you had any integrity you would offer compensation. I have asked you about independent dispute resolution and you referred me to an organisation which no longer exists. The founder of your company, Peter Duncan, has washed his hands of it saying he does not deal with “operational matters”. It seems you are unaccountable and there is no form of redress when things go wrong. So, let my experience be a warning to others - PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY
