Invited by Nile to preorder a book I wanted, then waited and waited.. so two months later and still no book. When I requested an accurate delivery date, they just kept moving the dates, not once but multiple times, until eventually I asked for a refund, so 1 star for that process, although yet to see money back. Very very poor communication and almost indignant responses from Nile that they can’t help the distributor delay that was beyond their control, oh, well ok, so don’t sell something you haven't got. Or at least make it very clear there is a substantial delay. Really disappointing.
