We had a great experience last year, so we ordered again this year, but we have yet to receive a tree. I was promised delivery on November 28 and got a message that it would arrive between 16:15 and 18:15. As it got later, I checked the tracking, and it kept delaying. By 21:45, it was still saying 21:45 to 22:15. I emailed for an update, called the next morning, and spent an hour on hold without reaching anyone. I still hadn’t heard anything by December 1, and now the office is closed with no response to my numerous emails. Like many others, it seems this is a scam—I've contacted my card company and need to find a tree elsewhere!
