I called customer service prior to ordering, they were very helpful to guide me through a special order. The tree I purchased was a 6ft tree including diy decorations. The delivery was mixed up, but upon calling customer service they arranged everything super quick to rectify it all. The tree was just 2hrs later. It was brought in great conditions and looked spectacular. I was contacted back to have a follow up. It wasn’t just a purchase but a whole great customer service, like no other place.
