Good points: 1. Really great early bird deal - I ordered this year's tree last year and got my tree + a small tree in a pot + a stand at a really good price. And it did actually materialise on the day I'd booked.2. The tree I got was a really nice shape and in good condition.Bad points: 1. They sent me a tree that was 5'11" but I ordered a 6-7ft tree - I didn't measure until after the courier had left but it looked small to me so I did ask him but he insisted it was the correct size and left.2. The courier nearly didn't deliver the stand - he wouldn't have if I hadn't queried it.3. The stand I got didn't look like the one on the website - it's got plastic screws rather than metal ones, which aren't likely to be as robust so I think that's mis-selling.4. Most annoyingly when I emailed to complain about the tree size and sent a follow up email a week later I received no response. I think this is probably a good company with good trees, just not on top of details; I would have been writing a positive review if I'd received an acknowledgement of my issues and goodwill gesture. Hence I'm writing a review here.
