Our tree was due today. I rang the company and although I have a receipt via email they are suddenly saying they aren't delivering to my area. They say they have given a refund but it has not appeared in our bank. They then said ah well it takes at least 2 weeks so you wouldn't have known and how strange it was that I hadn't received an email either. I will be reporting this company. I fear the whole set up may be bogus. BEWARE!!!
