I ordered the tree at the end of October for Saturday 2nd of December, stayed at home on Saturday and Sunday all day but the tree never arrived and I did not get any communication from them about the delay or new delivery date. Their contact phone is not answering, messages and emails are not replied to.I see other people complain about delays as well, but has anyone with similar experience actually received the tree eventually? I don't know what to do now. I don't want to buy another tree and then get delivered the 2nd one a day later, but if I don't get a tree before next weekend my wife will kill me.
