Just to reiterate what all the other reviews are saying, do not order from this company. They may be trying to do their best, but feels like a one man band with a mobile number and gmail account, so when the order goes bad there's no way to contact them. I've sent emails, and left messages before the voicemail inbox was full, and no response. There was no confirmation on the day of the delivery (24th), no texts, emails nothing. After calling and sending messages, I was hopeful I'd be contacted the next day saying my tree was on the way. Radio silence on that day too and haven't heard anything since. Raised a dispute via PayPal as couldn't get hold of the company to cancel directly and had to buy a tree elsewhere.
