Ordered a Tree for delivery 8th December - got the txt confirming delivery window then nothing. Phone number on delivery site doesn't answer and his mailbox is full (i wonder why..). Txted the guy , he kept promising delivery. The 4th attempt to have it delivered failed so asked for a refund. I wonder how long that will take Dan?? What a serious waste of time this lot are. You pay your money in good faith and they really couldn't give a damn.. Will never be back. Update: promised refund never materialized , so had to persue a refund via PayPal - which was ultimately successful. Went to Pine and Needles who delivered 2 days later without any issues..
