Less than one star! An utter disappointment. I ordered a cloak with specific lining, and what I received can only be described as a long black napkin! I've emailed multiple times with no response and just want a smooth return. The website states they offer store credit, but why would I want to allow such poor quality to take my hard-earned money? My family won't have a Christmas gift. I've been trying to return this since delivery, but I only have 14 days to do so. Where is the accountability? I need a refund to buy a different gift. I'm extremely let down and have lost all faith in this seller.
