Regarding my order, the item I received is significantly different from what was shown and described. The appearance, fabric, and even the buttons are not as advertised. It appears to be a mass-produced item. I found the same product on a budget platform for a much lower price, reinforcing my concerns about the quality. I would like to request a full refund. If the seller takes responsibility and issues this refund, I would be willing to update my review.
