If there were an option for 0 stars, I would pick that. North Face have swindled me out of £170. They sold me a faulty jacket in February. When a customer raises a complaint, North Face arrange a courier to collect the item the next day. I spent days and days waiting for a courier who never turned up. Three weeks later they managed it, collected and processed. They acknowledged the fault and their warranty dept emailed me on 15th of April saying I would receive a refund in 10 days. But I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed countless times and even spoken to customer services. They agreed to call me back but never did. Thanks Camilla, I told you that you would not call back. You saw my countless emails and screen shots and have just walked away like your colleagues. I tried calling customer service again and their number seems to have stopped working. Really a horrible experience. I would urge people not to use this company. They were great 15 years ago. Now they are plain old crooks. North Face- if you are reading this- I WANT MY MONEY!
