The jacket was sent to me without any box or plastic bag wrapped. It was just put inside the postage paper bag. The weather has been so rainy and I doubted the paper bag itself was waterproof. When I opened the package, it was randomly folded and there were two white marks on it. The website claimed that all products are professionally inspected and cleaned??!! The paper bag was not sealed properly. I could open the package easily, felt like someone opened the parcel and tried the jacket. I was so disappointed because our family used to wear Northface for years. It costed me £228 and the impression was even worse than that I got from market place 2nd handed jacket, much worse than the free item. I will return the product to your company with the original package, without box and plastic bag properly wrapped. I was so astonished when I received the jacket. I will definitely tell my friends to avoid North Face online.
The most ridiculous thing is I have to bear the return postage after receiving rubbish.
