I am very pleased with the bed frame but there were too many silly terms and conditions from the deliverer. I understand the delivery crew won't remove footwear but if they have shoes covers there is no need to cover floors. Also to remove wall hanging frames, mirrors and pictures is silly. Take responsibility for the delivery crew but I am sure 99% of the time there wont be an issue so don't put in terms and conditions
