Considering the programme's price of over £200, I found this somewhat disappointing. It appeared that most help came from fellow members rather than from you directly. When a suggestion was made to start a support chat afterward, the link was removed, and the question went unanswered. Given the programme's focus on group interaction, participants deserved more clarity on this issue. Additionally, if someone seemed to become less engaged, a follow-up or check-in would have been helpful. For the cost, providing ongoing group support would have been beneficial, especially since the programme aimed to build community rather than offer individual guidance.
