At first, I assumed it was another trending wellness gadget that most people get roped into. I wasn't convinced. After a month of wearing it, I started noticing minor changes such as: less brain fog, less stress towards the end of the day. Its not like my life is drastically changed, but I do feel a more sense of unshakable balance. I like that its not a bulky device. It's simple, clean, but most of all subtle. My only complaint is that I wish they provided more information behind the science of the product, otherwise I'm a supporter.
