So far I love it! I got it as a gift from my girlfriend and i wasn't really sure about it. But I'm glad I actually used it. I've been wearing it every day now for about 3-4 weeks and it has definitely made a difference in my sleep. I feel more restful in the morning and it's been easy to get up and go.
