I was able to purchase gloves that were out of stock, leading to no control over the delivery. This resulted in a missing holiday gift for my son. I placed my order on November 30 and received an update on December 2 that the stock had run out, yet I still haven't received the item by December 23. The payment was processed on December 12 before the gloves were even shipped, which seems questionable!
