First thing first, there should be an option to give zero star especially for The Online Casino. For some doggy business like The Online Casino should be banned by the gambling commission to protect the user.I deposited few hundred and it was a good day that I win close to £5000, I successfully withdraw around £2000 and the next day The Online Casino close down my account due to management decision without an explanation. Tried to contact the customer service by using their online chat, the customer service not willing to provide any information regarding to my account even I am sure I am entitle to and the same customer service staff closed down the chat twice even I asked for their assistance nicely.Highly not recommend The Online Casino to everyone. They are just a online casino that chose to cancel your account when they can't handle the lost.
