Update 11/11/2025. Thank you to Cody the customer sales manager for straightening out the issue. I finally received my 5 sabers on 11/7/2025, two months after ordering them on 9/9/2025. The issue ultimately was poor handling by the one CSR who put me in a never-ending re-shipment loop.9/17Good morning Sam, No hurry on this at all. I just wanted to "officially" touch base on these two orders. I know it's only been 7 business days and I need to allow 7-14. Hope everyone there is doing well and having fun building sabers. Please let me know when tracking does become available. Again, take your time on the order. I know it's a large one. No rush!
