Never left a review before, ever. The saber came and didn't work out of the box. Customer service told me to charge the battery and put it on the saber and obvious stuff like that. They had me pay to ship it to their repair guy. He sent it back with no note or info at all, just like I had packed it. It still didn't work so their repair guy apparently did nothing. Then customer service told me to open the battery pack and check the wiring, as if I'm an electrician all of a sudden. Then thru had me order a new battery through Amazon. Still didn't work but I got fed up with their run around and terrible advice. Now I have a decorative saber that doesn't turn on. Disappointing.
