I wanted to cancel my subscription, so I emailed theotrade well ahead of time. I received no reply, and instead, they attempted to charge me! After a failed charge due to insufficient funds, I received an email about the failed payment; I emailed them again, still no reply! Then they attempted to charge my card again! This time successfully, but they still sent 2 failed payment emails!! I emailed them, gave them a call on the phone number provided in the Trustpilot reviews. But nothing. Save yourself and don’t start up with them. I had to change my card in order to stop them charging me! And they still haven’t replied to my email!
