They failed to deliver on a few occasions my order finally turned up on the day I was going to cancel the payment.The delivery driver came alone and my boxes were very large and dented. He couldn’t manage the delivery on his own. I had to make suggestions to him on how to get them off the lorry. Also they told me they would make a call an hour before delivery they didn’t! If they had I could have arranged for some help!I haven’t unpacked the boxes yet, I do hope the items aren’t badly damaged!I have unpacked the items there are some small scratches and scuffs. However, the company got in touch with me straight away and we came to an agreement for the slight damages. Also sent me a garden furniture cover free of charge - a really lovely lady I dealt with she was called Caroline. I am changing my rating to reflect the level of after service I received.
