Overall, my experience was quite positive. My only critique would be that the editors seem to have a background in medicine or the sciences, which made it challenging when I submitted documents related to management and IT. The editor was unfamiliar with some basic terminology in these fields, which wasn't ideal. However, aside from this, everything else was excellent.
