I often refer to review platforms, and I recently bought two lampshades. Although the delivery time was longer than anticipated, I received prompt responses to my inquiries (within two hours) reminding me that delivery would take 2-4 weeks. The lampshades arrived looking just like the picture, with excellent quality, and the sale price was less than half of what I had seen elsewhere. I would certainly shop here again; I cannot fault their service.
