I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from this supplier. I ordered an office chair that arrived with numerous scratches and rust marks. The armrests looked poorly assembled. I requested a return and a refund, but they sent replacement arms that were just as defective. I asked again for a refund, but was told that everything was 'perfect.' I hope my credit card company can assist in recovering the over £400 I spent.
