Spent for more than 45 minutes to fill in a questionnaire, when it came to the last question, the system suddenly got error and freezed there that no points awarded. Sent a complaint message, but the customer service officer only sent back with some insincere robotchat replies, back and forth, without any points compensation or solutions to avoid similar situations, and closed the ticket very soon. Very disappointed, will delete the account.
