I took a survey last jan 4 and jan 7, after sending a lot of email no one of their cs are able to fix the issue regarding my pending points and now they are not able to fix my missing pending points for 300( which is one of my pending points in reviews) I have had been hearing the same response from them that their team has been working on it for over 4months from my 3 email complain. . Now no one is able to response for over a week already.. look like they keep playing the same trick over and over again. Survey completed will remain pending and will disappear on dashboard pending points after 6 or a year of unresponsible team they have to work on their job as cs of their company.. beware on this website is no longer legit but keep cheating every panelist in their website
