No replies to communication about a poor fitting sweatshirt that I have returned-I'm a big girl, checked your sizing, ordered one, and when it arrived it was awful- long arms and no room around the waist. Am now worried you will say I am out of the time range for a refund when it was sent back to you weeks ago... Also, please don't call me 'hun', it sounds a little passive aggressive... The items are lovely, but there is obviously an issue with your communication- I'm not the first person to say this. Also, I don't have the luxury of waiting weeks for refunds- these are tough times, and if I've bought something as treat for myself and its not right I, we, anyone, should be refunded promptly.
