NO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN Ordered and took over 5 weeks , outside the sellers tine frame which they stated.my item was also apparently shipped , and then after I opened a case , and said it was too late and had re ordered elsewhere , and wouldn't be home to receive it. The parcel was then shipped a day or so later and unfortunately not received by me as I want home. EDIT TO add, I was never told that there was a replacement order being sent and was not informed it had been lost. I also said in the dispute that it would now be too late as had ordered elsewhere as needed for a specific date. I'm actually unsure why this was sent out when I stated I wouldn't be in. Also the paypal dispute is still pending , which you asked me to close this morning. I think it's pretty evident by your responses to negative feedback , that you may need to work on customer service, rather than blaming the buyers when you are at fault. You set the time frames not the buyer.
