First time buyer. I'd been following online for a while but was reluctant to buy due to concerns about sizing. I decided to buy 2 of the mystery bags (a 4 item one for myself and a 3 item one as a gift for my sister, who was also keen to try their products). I placed my order on 11th August, aware there was a 10-15 day delivery time frame. After weeks had passed by I contacted paper press and got a quick response about when it was due to be dispatched. I got an email on Wednesday 6th September saying it was dispatched (outside of the estimated time). Unfortunately, I didn't get a response when I asked for a tracking code and naturally it arrived when I wasn't home on Saturday 9th September. Unfortunately, both bags were missing an item. The 4 item bag had 2 tshirts and a jumper, all nice fitting (read the size guidelines first as I went up a size). I loved the quality and designs of mine. I sent a message about the missing items from each and got a quick reply saying the other item should have been a tote bag or a pack of postcards. I was then told 2 tote bags (one for each item missing from the 2 mystery bags) would be sent first thing on Monday 11th September. After waiting over a week, there was no sign of the tote bags so I messaged the seller on three separate days before I received a reply saying it should arrive today (21st sept or tomorrow). It did arrive on the 22nd and the label clearly showed it was only posted on 21st September, after I had messaged 3 times for an update. Disappointingly, my sisters mystery bag contained 2 items and both had the same slogan MOODY on them. I get that anything could be in the mystery bags but I assumed the person packing them would have put some variety in, especially considering the wide amount of slogans available. I feel like she's really been let down. I did try to contact to see if anything could be done about it but was told it was pot luck what was in the mystery bags. Lesson learnt. I'll never go for another mystery bag. I did like the quality and designs of mine. However, the extremely long wait for delivery, lack of tracking data, missing items (and having to constantly message about these) and then the repeated slogans for my sister's bag has left me hesitant to order again.*** Update to the reply***I contacted the company straight away as there was definitely items missing. There was definitely no tote bags or packs of postcards in the bags (this was what I was told should have been in them by paperpress)I'm extremely shocked and disappointed that its being implied I was rude. I have re-read all correspondence, and can see I have thanked them for replying and used please when requesting updates. In my profession, I would always strive to be kind and polite to everyone.I was on the fence about future orders. My mind is now made up.Like I said, I did like the designs and really hoped for a positive experience. Hopefully others have a better experience. Karen
