I've ordered from Geri & Mark loads of times since I discovered them back in 2019. I was one of the lucky ones to get the first luxury box launched (& a fair few after that too!) The themed boxes always smash it.I'm fully aware of their timescales for turnaround, so know to order well in advance if I want an item for a specific occasion. I've been in touch with customer services (i.e. Mark & Geri) a handful of times, mainly with queries, and they are are always friendly, personal yet professional responses. A number of my friends have since purchased from them too and all reported good things!
