I've purchased a few items from here over the years (thanks lockdown shopping addiction) and I can truly say it's one of my favourite places to shop. Not only are the products of high quality (they wash well, they wear well, and the fabrics themselves are all soft and snuggly, the slogans and prducts are completely unique), the customer service is second to none. Messages are replied to quickly and in the most friendly manner - it's like sending a quick text to your mate, yet still so professional. Geri and the team so obviously care about their company too. They listen to the ideas of customers, run with their suggestions, and really understand the assignment. The suggestion of a Grey's box came about and even though Geri had never watched it, she listened to our feedback absolutely smashed it. I think it's safe to say this is why we support small businesses.
