Don’t bother with the mystery boxes. I ordered the Taylor swift one and I waited weeks for it to arrive (ordered 12th May and received 22nd June), told in patronising emails (constantly called ‘hun’ which when you’re annoyed with something is just a bit irritating) that it was being shipped on x day, then next week etc. Marked my order as shipped when it wasn’t and when it finally arrived was extremely disappointing and also missing a T-shirt (which I wouldn’t have even known about it I hadn’t known someone else order the box who received more than I did!). The sizing is also really off, the arms are long and the body is tight in the jumper and I had sized up twice. The designs in the mystery box weren’t even nice and the colours were weird and it wasn’t ‘jam packed full of goodies’ like the website said. I don’t normally complain and I totally understand that when you order a mystery box you are taking a risk but everything was pink even though there was a link that showed a variety of colours that could be received, therefore I was expecting a mixture that would satisfy multiple people.
