In my experience, this company always gives good customer service. I like the quick shipping, and that they always pack small jewelry boxes in medium- sized packing boxes so things don't go missing in transit. For the same security reason, I like that they don't use padded bags which would probably be less expensive. Lastly, they offer a good selection of nice, quality merchandise.
