I ordered two items, one by mistake so it made my order around £35. I asked them to refund me one of the perfumes as I had bought it as a mistake. No reply via email as I had emailed them straight after I bought it. The next day ‘your order has been recieved’ but I wanted a refund for one of the items? I contacted them via email and also use the WhatsApp number they provided. We can see their last seen on there and whoever owns it or runs the WhatsApp line is ignoring me as I can see when they had last used the app?
