Both times they were missing food, there was no way for them to replace it leaving me without food for 3 weeks. While you can get some of the dry food from Chewy, it's 30% more. Customer service had no way to replace the food and their 3rd party supplier nor their packaging team are accountable for mistakes of what gets into the box. Poor business model with such marketing and growth. Not consistent - very frustrating. I've gone back to the Farmers Dog. A little more $$ but the ability to get what you order is 1000% better.
