I moved into my property five and half years ago and one week after moving in I kept hearing scratching noises above in my loft at night, and could not sleep at all. Once pied piper started attending they were working extremely hard at not just killing the rats off but finding out how they were getting access into my loft, as I had been having this problem for several years when they came. They did this by installing cameras up in my loft as well as snap traps. After a long time of investigating and catching rats in the snap traps, pied piper worked out how the rats were getting into my loft & passed that information on to my landlords to fix. I felt relieved as I had been dealing with this rat infestation for 5 years without a break. They are very hard working and committed to resolving pest problems, as well as being very professional & thorough.
