This will be the first of several reviews for this source. I’ll add more as I enjoy what has just arrived. Firstly, a note about the delivery service. The courier was efficient, the driver was courteous, and the delivery was timely with accurate tracking updates. Next, the packaging quality was impressive, considering they were shipping fresh food. The outer wrapping was standard, but inside, thick insulation and frozen ice packs kept everything cool. Overall, the packaging was excellent. After unpacking, I stored the smoked salmon and paté in the fridge. I opened the Gilltong (a clever name for salmon biltong!) and took it to my office to snack on. It was gone in ten minutes—absolutely delicious with top marks for taste and texture. I will definitely be ordering this again!
