I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I placed an order exceeding $700 for soft play and spent over $500 on a second order, but I've only received half of my items so far. Some of the items were marked as 'pre-order,' which I accepted, but the expected delivery was supposed to happen over six weeks ago. The seller never provided any updates about delays, and when I tried to reach out, I only received vague responses like 'I'll check with my manager.' I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from this seller. It's frustrating to see that the items I ordered are still being advertised on the website.
